Dr. Anthony W. Montgomery is an agile scholar, coach, instructor, and speaker.
Anthony holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Interdisciplinary Leadership, multiple post-graduate certificates, an M.B.A., and a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
He has coached agile for 14+ years and holds numerous certifications from ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, Scrum Inc., and PMI. His approach to transformation success centers on people, leadership, and culture.

In addition, Anthony has 20+ years of executive and technology leadership experience and further completed 20-years of military service retiring at the rank of Major.
PUBLICATIONS
Anthony has published original research into the socio-psychological effects of Scrum on software engineering teams and the imbalance of agility parity beyond delivery teams.
Sadly, too many organizations create agility parity imbalance and are unprepared for agile transformations.

Dr. Montgomery is a frequent speaker on agile and leadership in Europe, South America, and the U.S., including events such as Agile Alliance, Agilia, Agile & Beyond, DevOpsDays, Global Scrum Gatherings, the Project Management Institute, and Scan Agile.
